Carers - Time for Me
We understand that carers often need support. ‘Time for Me’ offers free or low-cost leisure activities for people over 50 who look after a family member or friend as an unpaid carer.
Open Age has a dedicated programme of Activities for Carers 50+ only.
We run ‘Time for Me’ programmes for unpaid carers in Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea. They each run a supportive programme of activities and trips, so carers can have a break and improve their own health & well-being. It’s a great way to connect with other people in a similar situation, reducing feelings of isolation and boosting confidence.

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our team! If you enjoy spending time at the cinema, a reset at the spa, going to afternoon tea, catching a show at the theatre, or even hitting the bowling alley, this could be the perfect fit for you.
This is an opportunity to connect with others, explore new experiences, and apply your own unique skills—all while learning something new along the way. No two days are the same, so if variety excites you, we’d love to have you on board!
