Healthy Lungs
Breathe better, move more, and live well.

Healthy Lungs is a group exercise programme for people living with long-term lung conditions or breathing difficulties. These friendly, small-group sessions focus on improving lung function, muscle strength, balance, and endurance through safe, structured exercises led by qualified instructors.
Each class includes graded circuit-based training, combining gentle aerobic and strengthening exercises to help you build stamina, move with confidence, and manage breathlessness more effectively - so you can carry out daily activities with greater ease.
Who can join

- Participants should be able to mobilise independently, with or without a walking aid, and be able to follow instructions safely in a group setting.
