Open Age Accredited with Active Westminster Mark
We’re delighted to share that Open Age has been awarded the Active Westminster Mark accreditation for a further three years.
This accreditation recognises organisations that meet trusted standards for safety, inclusion and quality. It reassures our members and the wider community that our activities are well organised, welcoming, and designed to support health and wellbeing.
This is especially important for older adults and those who may be less active or at risk of isolation. The Active Westminster Mark helps people feel more confident about taking part, strengthens our connections with local partners, and supports future funding by demonstrating our impact and alignment with public health priorities.
We’re incredibly proud to receive this recognition again. It reflects our ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive community that empowers all older people in London to meet, move and learn – helping them stay active, stay curious and stay connected.
A huge well done to our team for securing another three years of this accreditation.
